06. 50 % of the payment has to be done in advance to book the domain & web space.

11. We will try restoring the server within 36-48 hours in case of natural disasters or power failure.

12. Web site FTP (File Transfer Protocol) user name and the password will be given to the person specified by you. Kindly keep it protected.

15. Backup for your email (web mail facility provided by Anytimework) has to be maintained either as a print out or in disc. We are not responsible for sudden collapse of the email facility.
